Yeongsuk (영숙) is one of the Regulars on the 20th Floor. She passed the Survival Round Test in Room 3, along with Nya Nia and 5 unnamed Regulars. She is most likely a Wave Controller. She placed 20th in the Shinsoo Strengthening Test

In Ch. 90 she was making an attempt to befriend Miseng by giving her a yogurt, but Hon Akraptor chased her away.

During The Untrustworthy Room Game, she tried to use the trust that she gained with Miseng to get into her room. Miseng, however, do not open the door.

Later Akraptor arrives, but Miseng would still not open the door. Yeongsuk then approaches Akraptor with the suggestion to work together to fail Miseng, but Akraptor simply laughs at this and attacks her. After a short fight, where Yeongsuk uses her rings (wands), she is completely beaten by Akraptor, and he ties her up.

She ended up failing on 20F.
