I'm Stefano1Ryuuzaki1, the creator of this wiki. I wasn't too experienced with wikis when I created this, so I left for a bit hoping that other people would help to edit it. I'm very glad that you have helped to shape this wiki very much, and there have been MANY improvements on it! So this message is just basically to say thank you for all of your hard work and effort!

Main Page Edit
Okay so I saw your message about the front page? I think BunnyLover edited it since your message, so what do you think of the new colours? Also, I don't know what's wrong with templates... Are they inconvenient or did you not know how to use them or...? Just say what's wrong so I can fix it. Also, I was wondering about your opinion on the design of the page, as in is it better with a poll on the right hand side and everything on the left?

Cropping Images Edit
Did you need some help with cropping images? Usually you can do that on any operating system without Photoshop.

Ok, do you use Windows? There's some programs already inbuilt which can help you to crop them.

lactea: I use MS Office picture manager to cropping images. Also you can use Snipping tool (standart tool in some editions of windows) or Paint (Any windows have it).

If you use windows then as Lactea said you can use Microsoft Office Picture manager. Or, you can just open up the image (assuming it's a file on your computer), and open it with Windows Photo Gallery (I use this one. It should open up with this by default and if it doesn't select "Open with" and choose it). Then just press "Fix" in the bar at the top I think, and then crop. Done!
ADDITIONAL NOTE: When posting stuff on people's pages, please press the signature button up in the edit bar so that people know who sent it! Alternatively you could just put four of these ~ to sign it. Also, you should put a title/header when you leave a message. Coordinating efforts Edit

GoodYearBlimp here. I accidently made a second page for the 2nd floor guardian. Sorry about that. I guess the two pages should be combined some how.
In order for us to not accidently work on the same thing I was wondering if there is something specific area you would like me to work on. I was thinking of doing specific pages for each of the different games. Like a page for the Crown Game. Please tell me what you think.

I'm really sorry about the error. I had found out about it after reading all 6 pages in the section of Tower of God, but since no one had posted anything more recent, I just assumed it was official. However, when I was searching for pictures to add to the wikia, I came upon chapter 52, where Grumpy (the translator for Tower of God at Batoto) wrote in his notes that the author had yet again wrote the name, but this time as Zahard.
I'm terribly sorry. I reverted all the changes as soon as I found out. :[
By the way, could you tell me how to get rid of the "[IMG][/IMG]"? It seems like they keep appearing every time I try to put a picture on the info box. D:

this is Shinsoo Blast 500. I myself love ToG, as I'm sure you admins do. But, anyway, I joined the wiki recently, and I was hoping that you could help me out with something in the improvement and enlargement of the wiki. See, admins are a fair bit more influential than us average users, so people check what you have to say in posts and comments more often. And I was hoping you could help me spread around a CERTAIN aim for the wiki which could be quite influential. I think that when people look at wiki's, they instantly judge how popular and good the manhwa is by how many pages the wiki has, and the content of the pages. Although this seems a little bit simple, I'd like to have stratergies to boost content, such as:
When seeing a hyperlink linked to a page that doesn't exist, create the page.
If you look at a page and no media (pictures, even videos) is found, find and add something to put content in the page.
All the small things that we expect someone else to do, I think we need to focus and do them ourselves. So, however stupid I may sound, I really just want to help however I can.

The wiki may be malfunctioning a bit, as the number of edits on my profile have decreased randomly, and the edits I've made are visibly gone. I think we all need to be a bit more careful that when we publish pages, that they're secure.

i am having slight difficulty in Urek mazinos page i added a photo of him but cant put it in the info template , i tried it but in my preview of template the photo doest show up rather [1] in blue color is shown so i didnt publish it.

Big ProblemEdit
Hey Baam25th, Shinsoo Blast 500 here. I have a bit of a problem. And please, I know this is a bit of a rant, but just hear me out. My thinking is that there should be a page for almost everything in this series, and we can expand on every page as the series itself expands. But a specific user, BLOCKED OUT, has gone through alot of my work recently, which I devoted quite a bit of time to, and has marked alot of them as candidates for deletion. This is quite unnaceptable. That's not what a wiki is about. It's not about shooting down others work. It's about working as a community to help contribute to the best wiki page site for our favourite manhwa. Anyway, to the point, I wanted to confirm that we can make sure these pages are safe, and hasty users don't just immediately shoot down pages.
Any help appreciated :D

Hey, I see that you've still been editing the wiki while I've been "away". I just wanted to say thanks alot for helping out. You really are keeping this wiki afloat! And since the major revamp a few months ago, lots more people have come and joined the wiki! It's good to see this wiki grow! Please don't stop contributions. Also, I'm going to be more active on the site again but as usual I will be more into editing the coding and general layout/set-up of the site, so if you have any recommendations please send me a message!
PS: If you feel like you need more admins assisting with the site maintenance I can make more admins if you want. Just leave a message on my talk page on some nominations for admins or whatever.

However I do have a Q, how do I make new links on the Characters page (http://towerofgod.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Characters), some of the top rankers do not have a link ( but they do have a page on the wiki). but I cant seem to find the place to make the link. Hope you can help me :-)

the reason I didn't reply to you before was because i didn't visit this site because of school, and i never check my email so i never got the notifications. anyway, i always read manga/manhwa on batoto (at least once a week, for Tower of God :D) so i'll definitely get the notifications of your messages and reply (unlike replying a year later as has been before lol). if you want we can collaborate via PM and stuffs to make this site even more awesome!!! as i said, my role is pretty much to handle the site design, coding, and layout, but i can help with other stuff if you want!

Talk Pages vs CommentsEdit
After doing some more research on wikis I've learnt that we can replace the comments at the bottom of every page with a separate talk page for each pages.
I don't know if we should do it, but the comments at the bottom of each page seem kinda messy, but I think all these comments would be lost if we made a new talk page, and I think people wouldn't really participate as much. But that's just speculation. So: talk page vs comments? Which one do you prefer?

Listen, I don't want to seem bad, but I think BunnyLover has moved on. We should probably delete his or her account. It's not exactly good show for us to have an admin who hasn't even made an edit in just under a year. I'm going to go ahead and delete the main profile page. Dont worry, the account won't be deleted, just people cant view bunnylover anymore. I know it seems awful, but I think in order for the wiki to move forward without any "sleeping limbs", we need to cut off ties. Purely for show. The good thing is, if BunnyLover does ever come back, they can start again with a new profile page. Remember, this is for the new users who are working their asses off for something like adminship, which we are privilliged to have.

Also about potentially making redirects for the chapters using Chxx (and ChxxSx, Chxx_Sx, ChxxPx and Chxx_Px) is there a way we can set these up without having additional pages (some sort of wiki URL translation script for example)?

Hey Baam, Yu Han Sung here. Erm, well recently I deleted "Creatures" category and created "Shinheuh" category 'cos the original description was kinda off. So well please take a look at the category page and see if there's anything wrong with it. Also, I don't know how to get the erm Shinheuh page to show up within that Category page as sub-page or something else.
The only way I can get it to show up in that page is to errr include it as part of the Category. And that's wrong 'cos Shinheuh is a descriptive name to represent all species of creatures within the Tower. It's not a creature.
Not sure how much sense I'm making here. =P

btw, I suggest Lero-Ro as the new featured article. It's good to feature old characters while everyone's reading newer, different characters. This way, believe it or not, TOG becomes more popular.

Hey uhm is there a way to classify photos?
There some of pictures that have been reposted and there are pictures from the first season still being uploaded from time to time also it's generally messy.
So is there a way to sort them in like (atleast):

Fanfiction
Other stories
If there is a way i would volunteer to classify all of them, it's not lke we have over 9000 photos.

Fan Art Edit
I got a question about the fan art. I notice this wiki seems to have a lot of it. So my question is, shouldn't the uploaders at least say where they got the art and who made it?

Yeah it would be great if you could change that. Trough my INCREDIBLE keen observation skills i came to the conclusion that the only problem seems to be that there is to much space on the right and to little on the left. :D
Yeah you're rigth, i think that i'll add an "ongoing" to the current main characters.

Hi, thanks for the help about the info boxes. When I said adding catagories, I meant creating new catagories. I noticed that there wasn't an 'arc' catagory and I wanted to add one. Does typing in 'arc' in the catagory box automatically create the new catagory?

Permission to Edit Main Page and Other StuffEdit
Hey! I've been following ToG for a long time now, but this is the first time I came across this site.. The thing is I find ToG to be the best comic I've ever read, its better than any manga/manhwa put together, so I'd love to help in this Wiki. Also I found the main page to be well..not so appealing, so I was wondering if I could edit the main page using some templates, (also I'll try and get a clean logo and wordmark for the wiki). And..would I be permitted to make some tweaks in the MediaWiki:Wikia.css and the MediaWiki:Common.js? Well I guess that's asking for too much as it requires admin rights, but I'd really like to help in those things.. This is the wiki I currently own/am active on. I used to edit in the Kuroko no Basuke Wiki also, so yea I learnt a thing or two from the bureaucrat of that wiki, User:Bereisgreat. Also I see that you guys are on Batoto, so why not get a better Logo? I feel that its better to have a monthly poll that is comparatively small, so it can also be changed quickly. Also if you were to give me sysop rights for a day, then perhaps I can update the MediaWiki. Also how about changing the look of the character infoboxes? Also take a look at the thumbs in this article, would you like those? And I'll add the clock feature.. Also the top navigation is kinda empty, so I can update that too. And how about having a proper Manual of Style, like this here, with the story section split into different parts. Hey, for the jyg pages, shouldn't it be JVG? I think you made a typo. Anyways, I was wondering if you were going to put the Jyu Viole Grace page up for deletion now. If so, which page should we choose when we add a Viole hyperlink? Also, could you rename the pages to something like personality and apperance, powers and abilities, and storyline so people know what the pages are about without clicking on it?

Tower of God WikiEdit
Hey, I took a look at some pages of this wiki, and well, to say the truth, its not really organized. But yes, it has a lot of information in it but absolutely no organization (not intended to be rude). So then I thought perhaps if I create another wiki, we can export the same info to that wiki in an organized manner and after doing that we can link this url to that wiki. I'll give you all the rights on that wiki too, infact I'll give all the admins of this wiki, the same rights on that wiki. So currently there are 7 admins and 1 (active) bureaucrat on this wiki. I'm sure we can pull this off.. All I need for you all to do is just make an edit on that wiki, so that I can give you the rights. I'll create all the basic stuff for now. Hey Baam i have a little request, could we add some editing rules for character infoboxes?
1. USE character infoboxes for regulars, ranker infoboxes(i'll make them) for rankers and high ranker Infoboxes for high rankers.
2. Status are either Active, Inactive, Dead, Unknow

Here. I got the logo for the wiki. Also I got this, I think this will look good on the welcome page. Oh and also read the new chapter from Manga Panda, and also read the ending blog from SIU, and in that it is mentioned that SIU named Koon after the soccer player Sergio Agüero, so I guess his name should be Aguero and not Agero.. Yeah i'll make the ranker box this weekend (was kind of busy last one^^) and i'll also try to update the remaining 40+ chracater.. (oh boy) :D.
I would also like to suggest an idea for the "Position" page; Take "special position" out, put defender and guide to position, add "Special techniques" and "Shools". ( like in Lightning/Flame-Shool/ where we put all name lightning techniques in it. |we may need to change the name). ( i got that idea after reading this tread http://www.batoto.net/forums/topic/10984-position-that-no-1-noticed/ )

Character Infobox Template (use for main characters that aren't rankers.) <-Regulars
Ranker Infobox Template (use for rankers that are LEGENDARY. eg. Zahard, Arie Hon, Phantaminum, etc.)

Ranker Infobox with Appearance (use for rankers that have physically appeared. if they have a sobriquet then put the sobriquet at the bottom!)

Hi, I was wondering if we should have an "others" catagory for stuff we don't know where to put, like the flashback page, and "system of the chosen" page.

Important for the ToG Fanbase Edit
Hello, I am ToGGW. I love tower of god so much its crazy, with that I have an idea I need to share with someone of significant influence within the ToG fanbase. I would like to help create an online forum RP that is based on ToG. I have experience in RPs, I have been an Admin on two seperate Naruto Rps and a Head Moderator on a Fairy Tail RP once. In order to make this work we would need the message to get out to all the people who might be interested and we will need people with graphic skills in order to maintain the appearance of the site. Please let me know what you think of the idea and note that I dont mean to associate this with the wiki at all without your approval. I just need help so that I can provide the best RP experience to ToG fans as possible.

Hello Baam, I would like that your inserted Interlanguage link on the home page to the Tower of God Wiki, that link to the Wiki in Spanish. To do this you only need to insert the following code at the bottom of the main page [[es:]]. How to mark pages for deletionEdit
Hi, going through the photos I've noticed quite a few repeated photos. How do I mark a page for deletion so that one of the admins can delete it?
